Purposes!

Simple!

-Things- One of which, this is the platform for me to express what I have in mind to the public. Yet, I don’t want it to be about me, I want it to be about us, the people and our society. From day to day of my life journey, I see things, both positive and negative. I think the things I have seen and the things I have learned so far have helped me to become a better myself today. And, I think it may be able to help others too if I share it. That is why this blog should be created, and here it is.

-Ideas- Another purpose, I have noticed that there are so many good ideas in the world that have not been introduced widely to my society that I am living. So I really want to be a part of the change. The change for the betterment. And in order to make a great change, great ideas are needed to be heard, learned, understood, shared, and practiced. I am really distracted by the fact that there is so many beliefs/practices/ and norms based on stereotypes, myths, odds, double-standards and irrational thoughts surrounding me and my people. Hence, I think it is time to contribute something though it is small for the place I belong to yet if I can make it, it is such a big thing I have done in my life.

-Discussion- That is true, not every idea, belief, or whatever is perfect. So I hope that the things that are shared in this blog will be the topics for the discussions to find the common grounds that work best for some particular aspects in the society. It is great if everyone cares.

-Hope- I was once asked, “What is one thing that makes you proud of being born in this land?/ or What is the thing that you love the most about your homeland?” Before I answered to this easy-to-say-but-difficult-to-answer question, there were two people sharing the same homeland answered, “None! …” and ” Only the beloved people such as family and friends, and nothing else.” The answers were quite honest yet simply touched my heart to care and my brain to question. My turn! I was not sure about myself but in my head, there was the picture of unfortunate people, unfortunate nature, my people, myself, and the places I always would love to visit. “I love the places here and the people.”- That was my answer. Short right? I was not satisfied. I brought the question to ask one of my best friends. You know what her answer is? One word but it touched my mind to plan something great for others besides myself, “Hope!” said my friend. By this she meant, the hope that this country has more and more potential people exist each day. Though it is slow, yet this country is developing. ( I’ll save her words for another time.) But the word “HOPE” really boosts my effort to do this blog.

-Contribution- That is right, the place where I belong to is not great, not even good to some people. Maybe this is the reason why, there are many people want to leave this wonderland to settle down in the better lands, reasonable. Will I do the same thing? I can if I try, and I’ll try if I want to, but do I really want to do this? For myself? Well, that will be a long story to say more so let’s just save it for another time. But I don’t think I really want a better life if the people here are still being neglected by the world. I think these people have abilities to do something great for their life and the society if they are allowed to. I think they deserve better, better than I and my generation deserve. And I think, my ability can contribute something for the change, and for the hope of this society.

This blog is one part of my life campaign in making my life more meaningful by making the people surrounding me better off and my society better off.
